Paul and Christy Kirkley are the founders of Andover Prep. With over 15 years of experience building businesses and leading teams, they value critical thinking, initiative, and real-world responsibility.
As parents of five, their vision began at home. After watching their oldest son struggle in a system that didn’t recognize his strengths, they knew there had to be a better way.
